SLA 3D printing
What is SLA 3D printing?
SLA uses an ultraviolet laser that draws on the surface of liquid thermoset resin to create thousands of thin layers until final parts are formed.
Maximum build size:
800 × 800 × 550 mm
Standard lead time:
2-3 business days
Dimensional accuracy:
± 0.5% with a lower limit of ± 0.15 mm (± 0.006")
Layer height:
25-100 um

Applications of 3D Printing

Concept Models

The speed and versatility of 3D Printing lets product developers create physical snapshots of their designs through the iterative process .

Rapid Prototyping

3D Printing can be used to create fully-functional prototypes, complete with moving parts, as well as all-in-one assemblies.

Direct Digital Manufacturing

The high accuracy and consistency of 3D printing makes it an ideal way to build production quantities of discrete or customized parts.

FAQ's
How much does your 3D printing service cost?
We use machine learning algorithms to calculate the exact cost of any 3D print directly from a CAD file, based on millions of 3D printing orders we've previously processed. No more using clunky cost calculators, we can generate an exact quote for you instantly (well, in about 5 seconds).

This means you always know the price up front. Simply upload a CAD file to generate a quote: get an instant 3D printing quote. Our quotes are completely free, you only need to create an account so we can protect your IP.

It's so easy to use that we encourage mechanical engineers to use it constantly as they optimise their designs for cost. Whenever you've made a new design iteration, simply load both the old and the new design into our quoting tool and see if the price is different.
